Your mission

• ›You will be a key driver of ICAPE’s business growth in Germany , fully remote, with regular customer interactions.
• ›You will develop long‑term partnerships and deliver customized technical solutions to the electronics industry.

Your responsibilities

• ›Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Germany

Manage and grow existing customer accounts

Achieve and exceed sales & revenue targets

• ›Understand customer needs and translate them into technical & supply‑chain solutions

Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations

• ›Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Customer Service and Supply Chain
• ›Monitor customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement

Frequent travel to visit customers and prospects

• ›Report regularly to management on sales results, pipeline and opportunities

What you bring

• ›2–3+ years of sales experience in electronics (mandatory)
• ›Technical background preferred (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not required)

Fluent German and advanced English (written & spoken)

Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

• ›Open mindset for international and multicultural collaboration

Willingness to travel regularly
