🌟 A minimum of +B2 level Conversational English level

🌟 Must reside in Latin America🌎

🌟 Availability to work Italian business hours (CET/CEST), with the workday starting at 9:00 AM CET and a daily stand-up at 9:30 AM CET ⏲️

🌟 5+ years of hands-on backend development with Go (Golang), building production services and APIs.

🌟 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including consumer groups, consumer lag, and safe schema evolution that doesn't break downstream consumers.

🌟 Experience with event sourcing and event-driven architectures, applying DDD principles.
