## Descrição da vaga
*Founding Customer Success Manager (AI-first).**
One catch: you'll do this job with **AI as your primary tool** — not as a nice-to-have, but as the way you work. Claude will be how you triage tickets, investigate our codebase, build workflows, write docs, and automate anything that can be automated. If you've put serious time into AI agents and automations (**100+ hours**), this might be the most interesting job you've seen. If you haven't, it isn't for you.
What you'll own
- ›**Build a scalable AI support engine** — answer customer questions, then use AI to turn each answer into knowledge-base material so the next customer gets it instantly and the question never reaches your queue again.
- ›**Turn founder-led onboarding into a repeatable system** — capture what makes our founder-led onboarding great in repeatable playbooks, so every customer gets that same launch whether they're the 4th this month or the 40th.
- ›**Nurture and grow accounts** — become the expert customers trust and own their quarterly business reviews (QBRs), turning trust into renewals and expansion.
- ›As the function scales, there's an opportunity to build and lead a team, with the founders backing you as you grow into it.

## Requisitos
- ›*Obrigatórios:**
- **100+ hours hands-on with AI agents / automations** (Claude as your primary working tool). This is the real bar — if you haven't put serious time into AI, this role isn't for you.
- ›**Fluent English**, written and spoken.
- ›**Based in Brazil**, comfortable with US time-zone overlap.
- ›Hungry, organized, a strong writer, and comfortable building from scratch.
- ›*Desejáveis:**
- ›1–4 years in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role (ideal, not required — we care more about how you work than how long you've done it).
- ›A developer background counts: if you have real AI experience **and** customer-facing experience, you're a perfect fit even without a formal CS title.
