Mission

• ›To promote maximum guest satisfaction and well-being while staying at the hotel by adhering to department and hotel standards and procedures, while simultaneously generating business by actively promoting both upselling and cross-selling within the hotel and outside of the hotel at other Axel hotels.

Requirements

• ›Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist in a similar hotel category.
