What You Will Do

• ›Act as the first point of contact for the shared accounting inbox, reviewing, categorizing, and assigning emails to the correct entities or teams
• ›Manage and follow up on incoming accounting queries to ensure timely and accurate communication
• ›Support basic Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice processing, expense claims, and payment preparation
• ›Assist with vendor master data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• ›Help with account reconciliations and clearing of open items

Support intercompany transactions and basic reconciliations

Assist with month-end close activities across AP and GL

• ›Contribute to weekly cash planning by preparing relevant input data
• ›Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting-related questions
• ›Support ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as needed

What You Will Bring

Must-haves

• ›Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration completed or in process

Professional level of written and spoken English

Knowledge and experience with MS Excel

• ›Self-motivated and with a keen interest to learn and develop

Friendly, positive attitude and 'can-do' mindset

Strong attention to detail

Strong advantage

Previous accounting experience

Experience working with an ERP system

German language skills
